Field Collection  involves personal contact with the debtor at the debtor’s place of residence, employment or business. The purpose of the visit is to determine the reasons of the debtor’s being in default with the payments, to agree a new payment schedule, to deliver or fill in necessary paperwork and to discipline the debtor and to make them repay the debt. The visit can also include interviews with neighbours at the debtor’s place of residence.

• Scoring – checking the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses applying for loans or wishing to start business with our client.
• Assets inquiry/ business intelligence – are intended to support the debt collection process and include gathering of information about debtors.
• Visit – personal contact with the debtor at their home, place of employment or business. Field visits can be used with respect to those debtors who did not deliver on their previous promises to pay.
• Cash collection – includes personal collection of cash from the debtor and payment of the funds into the bank account of the creditor. The cash is accepted on the basis of a power of attorney.
• Recovery of non-standard items – comprehensive service specially designed for leasing companies and banks.
