KRUK International SRL provides the private detectives service in a close collaboration with the Private Investigators Office Corbul S.R.L., which carries out investigating activities specific to the private investigators on the grounds of the Operating License no. 15.162, issued by the Ministry of Administration and Internal Affairs, the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police.
The Private Investigators Office is made of licensed detectives – employees of the company Private Investigators Office Corbul S.R.L., which cooperate with the Expertise and Investigation Division of the Banking Debts. The detectives may use the experience, as well as the logistics and technological infrastructure of the company KRUK International.
Both natural and legal persons may be object of investigations carried out by the detectives. The activities of the detectives may be carried out at the residence, the workplace as well as by using records from the public administration authorities or other authorities that can provide necessary information.
The Private Investigators Office specializes in activities supporting the taxes collection procedure, for instance: it can investigate and depict all the aspects concerning the situation of a debtor’s goods, which can be useful for forced execution, it can look for the missing debtors, who cannot be found by other means, it can investigate the execution of financial commitments and check the solvency and credibility of a current or potential debtor, or it can investigate the business connections of the debtors, in order to find all the possible means for paying the debt.
The Private Investigators Office provides its clients with personalized services, adjusted to the client’s individual needs.
The price of the services is negotiated individually and depends on the range of activities carried out, the time it takes to perform them, the need to involve more detectives, etc.
The Private Investigators Office guarantees high-quality services and always according to the law, ensuring protection of personal data and without affecting the right to intimate, family or private life or other fundamental rights and freedoms.
The legal grounds for the private investigators to carry out the investigations is Law no. 329/2003 concerning the profession of private investigator and its Application Norms.
“Art. 1. - (1) Private investigator is the person certified under the conditions of this law and who, without reflecting on the on the right to intimate, family or private life or other fundamental rights and freedoms, upon the request of natural and legal persons, carries out investigation related to activities, concerning:
a) public behaviour and morality of a person;
b) data concerning the solvency or earnestness of a natural or legal person potentially partner in a business;
c) people missing from home;
d) goods which make the object of civil or criminal litigations alienated in order to injure the interests of a party in the trial;
e) ensuring protection against the information leak in the sphere of private life or of the activity of companies which wish to maintain their confidentiality.”
