Therefore, KRUK International insists on training for its employees.
Induction Training
Like any company, upon hiring, each new employee, whether or not he has worked within this field and whatever position he is employed for, is part of Induction Training in order to become familiar with the procedures, organization and internal systems.
At this point the training is supported by an in-house Trainer, but the employees are part of regular and specialized training sessions in various fields such as legal or IT - that are supported by specialists.
Induction training takes place over a period of 2 weeks and includes various topics of which we can mention:
- General presentation of debts recovery field
- The legislative of all KRUK International activities
- Negotiation techniques
- Phone skills
- Legal issues encountered in the collection activity
After Induction Training
In order to always be well informed and trained, employees need continuous training. The company comes to meet these needs, by providing them with regular training sessions.
The topics are various, starting from the issues discussed in the Induction Training up to issues such as:
- Stress management
- Assertive vs. aggressive
- Civil Code
These 2 stages also comprise refreshment programs of informing and coaching offered to all employees who need or solicit it.
