Our services are provided in compliance with law, industry standards (Fair Collection Practices Code), norms of social behaviour as well as with internal procedures and operating instructions. We realise that no procedures or rules are able to describe and regulate every relationship arising in business. Therefore we have created “KRUK Values”. The document is a set of norms and a code of ethics governing our operations including relations with clients, business partners, debtors as well as the internal relations between the employees of our Group. These values are known to each employee of every company of the KRUK S.A. Group. We are all obligated to follow them in our work.
In contacts with our Business Partners
- We do not make promises that cannot be kept. We know our capabilities and we structure our offers in such a manner so that to be able to perform all our obligations.
- We apply a unique approach to the expectations of each of our Clients. We understand their needs and we strive to offer optimum solutions to them.
- We respect all our competitors. We take challenges, we try to keep our leading position on the market but we are always guided by the rules of fair play.
- We treat the information obtained during dealings with our Business Partners as confidential. We protect the confidentiality of such information and we do not make it available to third parties.
- We avoid conflict of interests. If we suspect that a situation may involve a conflict of interests we inform all interested parties and try to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
- Our cooperation with our Business Partners is governed by transparent and honest principles. We do not accept any forms of corruption.
In contacts with Debtors
- Dignity of the Debtors is their inalienable right. We treat the persons with respect to whom we are conducting our debt collection activities with due respect for them as human beings and for their rights.
- We help Debtors get out of the debt loop. Offering the Debtors effective assistance in getting their debts repaid is our priority.
- We take due care of the security of personal data entrusted to us. Information about the Debtors is used only during and for the purposes of the collection process.
At the company
- We respect the views of all employees. We allow these views to be expressed on condition that they do not violate the rights or dignity of other people.
- We protect the reputation of our company. Both at work and outside the company we feel responsible for the company’s image.
